I’m Julia, a multidisciplinary designer working across brand, digital products and experiences. My work combines strategy with execution — turning complex ideas into clear, considered design systems that work across brand and digital.
I’m also co-founder of The Brite Studio, where I’ve worked with clients around the world across brand strategy, identity, UX/UI and web design. My role spans everything from defining the initial direction through to building and delivering the final design system.
I care about understanding the problem before designing the solution. Whether I’m shaping a brand or a digital product, the goal is the same: create something simple, distinctive and useful.

Nature has always been a passion of mine, and I was incredibly fortunate to work with African Bush Camps, a beloved South African safari brand with camps in Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. During my time there, I took on the significant responsibility of being the custodian of the brand's visual identity. I created a wide range of marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, menus, and billboards. However, my most impressive accomplishment was translating their unique aesthetic into a cohesive marketing website, building their look and feel from the ground up.
